Cwmbran Squadron is situated in the Two Locks area of Cwmbran, near to Cwmbran Stadium and about a mile South from the Town Centre. We are based in Cwmbran TA Centre and have strong links with a sub-division of the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers, 100 Field Squadron, who are based there.

We welcome young people, both male and female to join between the ages of 13 and 16½ although you can stay until the age of 18, or 20 if you reach the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer.

Cadets of all nationalities, backgrounds and abilities are equally welcome.

Not all Cadets join because they want a career with the Royal Air Force or Aerospace Industry - we are NOT a recruiting organisation for the Services. Whether you have an interest in aviation or just want to do something rewarding and exciting in your spare time, we're sure to do something you'll enjoy.

Membership cost is kept to an absolute minimum - we even supply your Uniform.

Adults are also welcome, whether you want to help out with the day to day running of the Squadron, or join the Civilian Committee who meet quarterly to discuss and make decisions on Squadron finances, funding and other important issues.
