Each ATC Squadron has regular staff members who run the Squadron on a day to day basic, but also have a group of five or more people from the local community who meet regularly and are responsible for raising funds for Squadron activities, controlling the Squadron finances, obtaining and administering the Squadron accommodation and helping with Cadet welfare problems.
The Committee holds a meeting every three months to make decisions based on the responsibilities they have, and also to ensure the Squadron is meeting the three aims set out by the ATC.
